This unforgettable circular tour offers a journey through Britains rich landscape as we travel through Cheshire and at historic Chester, we pass beneath the Roman Walls and over the River Dee, we then enjoy the beautiful rolling countryside and hills of the Welsh Marches around Wrexham passing aqueducts, tunnels and viaducts. Along the way, look out for the World Heritage site at Pontcysyllte, this stunning aqueduct known as the stream in the sky can be seen from the train window.

At Shrewsbury we take the scenic route through Telford passing RAF Cosford towards the Black Country and at Stafford we travel homeward relaxed and refreshed reflecting on memories and times spent with loved ones on this truly elegant vintage train.

Bookings for parties of three passengers are accommodated at an ‘exclusive table for three’ with the fourth seat being unoccupied for your added privacy. A total supplement of £280 is applicable for this seating type

Seating is at tables of 4 or 2 offering additional legroom, wide seats, and panoramic windows with tables laid with crisp linen and fully dressed in fine crockery, fresh flowers, and glassware. After being welcomed aboard by your attentive liveried steward a glass of chilled champagne and selection of canapes will be offered as you relax in anticipation of the gastronomic journey ahead. A sumptuous six course seasonal luncheon created by our Executive Chef will be served including the Great British cheese board, biscuits, and chutneys – all accompanied by our Sommelier’s choice of a half bottle of wine per person. The memorable journey will conclude with service of coffee and homemade petits fours.
