Gift Vouchers are sent by Royal Mail First Class postage. Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same business day. Orders received after 2pm will dispatched on the next business day. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next business day.
Vouchers can be exchanged for payment of rail services offered by Statesman Rail Ltd only.
Vouchers may be exchanged for services of a higher price than the face value of the voucher(s), on payment of the difference.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Vouchers may be redeemed in the following ways:
- (i) By forwarding the voucher(s), and any required additional payment, accompanied by a cover letter stating your reservation requirements and contact details to:- Statesman Rail Ltd, PO Box 83, St Erth, Hayle, Cornwall. TR27 9AD.
Any accompanying cheque payments should be made payable to 'Statesman Rail Ltd'.
- (ii) Vouchers may also be redeemed by way of payment towards online bookings made via this website www.statesmanrail.com
All vouchers are issued with a unique online redemption code allowing their use for online payment.
- iii) To redeem your vouchers over the telephone, please call our reservations office on 0845 310 2489 and quote the online redemption code and voucher serial number(s).
